Chris Sinagoga | Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 6:52PM When you hear someone call your name (or nickname, for that matter) your head automatically turns to wherever the sound came from; elevation, however, is not usually taken into account. So when I heard the patented "Hey Chief!" 20-something minutes into the 4:30 session's workout my head turned and looked eye level, expecting to see Mr. Malak safely on the ground squatting. Possibly tipping over while squatting from a case of noodle legs.
But by the grace of God, I was soon to realize the big fella was 3/4 of the way up the rope. A few seconds later, Mr. Malak got his very first rope climb!
