On Sunday, we introduced the plyometric push-up before the workout to test out global extension and flexion, as well as our overall push-up mechanics. It was fun to practice and is definitely something we may see again in the future.
We ended up skipping a few steps in the process due to the time, but most people seemed to get the idea of it. Back in the summer, Carl Paoli posted a three-part series on the progressions for this movement. Here is the first installment. Check it out and let us know what you think.
