Just when we thought the Foley connection was going to die out for good, Owen keeps the string alive with his brother. Zander Munk, Owen's brother, is a sophomore at Bishop Foley and plays basketball as his main sport, as well as cross country and track. Last night he started his first day of Fundamentals.

Zander has the same mannerisms as his brother and seems to be just as much of a hard worker. He is also coming in a little ahead of the game in terms of form and technique because he's done some training with Jacob in the past; his squats and push-ups were already looking good coming into the session. Even though he's in the middle of his season now, we plan on finishing up the Fundamentals pretty soon so we can get him rolling with the group. I'll check back in after day 5.
