10-minute squat 

 

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

6 push-ups

6 hollow rocks

*split into teams of two, one partner works while the other holds the top of hip extension

**partner on the couplet gets two breaths to complete as much as possible before rotating

50 calorie assault bike
max rep power snatches

12 (85lbs)

I'm not actually sure how many snatches I got. Either way, I was off today because I'm switching my schedule from days to nights. This wasn't fun.
