There have been studies and such that have linked getting up without hands to longevity. Studies or not, common sense would tell you the less help you need getting off the ground, the more likely you are so survive a trip and fall. We tried to do the candlesticks without hands at the 6:30 session so our parents can keep staying ahead of the game.

Small group of 5 today (Mrs. Nevarez came in just as the workout was starting) but the parents rocked it as usual. Mrs. Bennis and Mrs. Tara seemed to enjoy the partner carries more than expected.

Really good turnout for the parents session today! After some explaining and yelling at Mama V and Mrs. Fitz, they finally understood that they are not allowed to throw the ball forward to someone else after they catch it. Even if it's good manners.
