For a lot of people, and for different reasons, deadlift holds were in the workout today instead of actual deadlift. Tea did a great job of keeping her upper-back from slouching forward.

Took this from a friend and modified a few movements to get this nasty little chipper. It starts with all gymnastics and then switches over to all weightlifting. Unbroken through GHDs, but had to break C&J 10-5-5. Probably started to redline a bit there, but the finish line seemed so close, so I was pushing. Unbroken swings and thrusters, but had nothing left for the snatch. Had to do most of them with my right hand – failed several left-hand snatch attempts! Down for several minutes after.
