Did a couple sets at 315 today and worked my way down in weight to 225. Felt sore today mostly in my hips. Soreness might be from the last two workout days, but it also might be due to the fact lately I've been treating my body more as a science experiment and less as a temple. One energy drink in the morning, two cups of coffee in the afternoon, and one energy drink before the gym today makes me happy I'm done with this WOD. Will see if my kidneys still work tomorrow for the Thanksgiving workout.
TBD still on whether I receive admin rights for the website. I'm all ready to spice this site up whenever you're ready Chris.
Started with 135 for 2 sets, then moved to 145 for two sets. then jumped up to 155 for a set, and finished with a set of 165. Back felt really good today and also was able to keep my neck in-line. I struggled with knees going out in the beginning but was able to fix it before going up much in weight.
