As rx'd, 13:53.

Smoker. Snatches were no big deal (unbroken), but just died on burpee box jumps. Legs and lower back shot in later rounds. Used gymnastic grips for snatches since my hands are still torn a bit from Monday’s workout. Right arm snatches better than left today, especially on grip.
