100 single-leg squats, alternating

As rx’d, 38:47.

Bit off more than I could chew on this one. Thought I had a good plan for pull-ups. Sets of 5, use the gymnastic grips so I don’t tear. Well by the time I hit 60, I was tearing under the grips. By 80, I had to do singles. Pull-ups alone took me 18 minutes. GHDs were also very tough today – first set of 30, but then mostly 5’s and 10’s from there. Pistols were ugly after all that – probably did not hit depth on all of them. Did all this outside, just a brutal one today.
