Four rounds for time of:

1/2 bodyweight sumo deadlift high pulls, 15 reps

Run 400 meters

As many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
3 wall-facing strict handstand push-ups
5 shuttle runs
As many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
6 strict handstand push-ups
5 shuttle runs
As many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
9 kipping handstand push-ups
5 shuttle runs
1 shuttle run = 25 feet down and 25 feet back

As rx’d, 4 rounds + 3 SR / 4 rounds + 1 SR / 3 rounds + 3 HSPU.

Runs got easier as I went along, HSPUs got harder. I don’t really kip them, so the set of 9 was tough – had to break those 6-3. Did the cartwheel thing to get into wall-facing HS, and then rolled out. Only smacked my foot into the door hard once.
