The Goal + 4th of July Schedule

Normal session times for tomorrow (Monday, July 4) as always.


Earlier this week, the main site posted a session recorded at CrossFit Rebel. There's a lot of beast modes that get posted under the CrossFit umbrella, but these are my personal favorites. The reason? This is the 70+ class. Seeing all these grandpas and grandmas getting out there and moving is awesome. After all, your body was made to last about 100 years. Might as well do something with it!

One thing I think should be pointed out is how well these people are moving. They must have some good coaches. I like this video
