Poll: Flexibility Standards

Think about standards for push-ups. Hollow body. Shoulders first. Externally rotate on the start and finish. If you cannot perform a push-up with those standards, you cannot perform a push-up. Something is missing in the shoulder or mid-line.

What about flixibility? What are some standards you think should be in place for flexibility?
