Chris Sinagoga | Sunday, July 5, 2020 at 5:30PM This Saturday will bring a new Theme Workout to the Champions Club Summer history pages. The format is being tweaked and adjusted, but the Theme has been selected. Check in tomorrow at 12 noon for the announcement. You might say this is going to be the "ultimate" Theme Workout.
Last Thursday Noah Heide was about as impressive as anyone throughout the day on the max effort clean and jerks. He topped out at 225 for the full thing and missed a few attempts at 235 (which was a pr for the clean). Check out his last few lifts.
