WOD

Hawaiian Theme 4.0/Shark Week

Complete as many rounds as possible in 24 minutes of:

15 Somewhere Over the Rainbow Wallballs (distance 5 yards apart)

5 Limbo Lifts (15 the first round)

30 Alternating Alohas

30 Samoan Situps

*Med-ball relay must be performed every 4 minutes with eachpartner going twice. Shark at will. If the ball touches the ground, the sharked team must complete 5 burpees. Each time you get sharked, you lose a limb to perform the burpees.

 

Post total number of rounds to comments.

A decent amout of coordination and timing is required for the Limbo Lifts. You would think sisters Erika and Jacqueline Banet would have chemistry. But apparently it took some time to get down.
