Workout of the Day - Shark Week 2024

Warmup

Run to Dorchester

 

WOD

3 rounds for max distance of:

2 minutes of Partner walking lunges

2 minutes of Over/Unders

2 minutes of Partner carry

2 minutes of Sharking relay

Partner carries were added this year and provided an extra opportunity for sharking. Mya, Tea, Mrs. Carey, and Mrs. Colleen were enthusiastic participants.

*one partner works while the other goes through two laps in the Sharking Relay, rotate upon return.
