6 weeks post-surgery for left distal biceps tendon repair. All exercises below still right-arm only.

For time:
20 Kettlebell Front Squats, 1.5 pood
Run 400 meters
20 GHD Sit-ups (two-hand touch)
Run 400 meters
20 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 1.5 pood
Run 400 meters
20 Reverse Back Extensions
Run 400 meters
20 Kettlebell SDHPs, 1.5 pood
Run 400 meters
20 Jumping Pull-ups
Run 400 meters
20 Kettlebell Snatch into OHS, 1.5 pood
Run 400 meters
20 Burpees
Run 400 meters

Time - 27:52.

Created this one myself - before the injury, I used to do Hero WODs on Fridays, and so was trying to simulate a Hero WOD today. This one had me wiped out by the end. Hardest were KB snatch into OHS and burpees. There's nothing fun about 1-arm burpees. Runs started strong but deteriorated in later rounds. It was hot out there today.

175 and 165 for a triple went up super easy. Couldn't get 185 for some reason. Felt like I should have had it, but there is always next time.
