Forgot to post my workout today...
5 five-minute rounds of
25 sit ups
700m row (these people really like rowing...or it's winter and they don't want to send us into the cruel, cold world...probably that one...)
I finished the first round with 1:30 left. By the end, I was finishing with about 1:10 left. I kept between a 1:50 and 2:05 pace throughout the whole thing, obviously with the faster times being at the beginning of the workout.

I flew through double unders! It was great
