We did banded handstand push-ups for some people so they could get more out of the pushing. Mr. Carey, Arlene, and and Mrs. Carey kept things looking good.

10 rounds for time of:
1 power snatch
3 overhead squats
Men: 185 lb.
Scaled to 155 lb., Time – 5:50.
Pleased with this. Knew I would have to scale – my all-time 1RM power snatch is 175. Surprisingly, the OHS were probably harder than the snatches. No misses on either, but had a bit more trouble with OHS. Also should have done more mobility in advance – especially my wrists, they were killing.
In warm-up, I quickly worked up to a heavy power snatch single. Got 165 no problem; just missed 175.
