Partner 1: 15 thrusters
Partner 2: ring hold for quality
Partner 3: GHD sit-up hold for quality
*split into teams of three, rotate when one partner finishes 15 thrusters

Adam Bordoley from the rookies session just finished a few one-on-one sessions to get him caught up to speed because he jumped in the Summer mid-August. His thrusters were looking very good today!

Not sure how many rounds I got. I did the bar muscle-ups with a band and I think it worked out pretty well. The GHD sit-ups were half ROM. My goal was just to move today and I achieved just that.
