So today is my 12-year anniversary with CrossFit. I wanted something big to commemorate the occasion. This is widely viewed as one of the harder CrossFit workouts, so figured I’d give it a go. It lived up to the hype. While I started strong, completing 10 thrusters in the first minute, that quickly went down to 5 and then I was struggling with 4 or even 3. I had four individual minutes where I didn’t do a single thruster – just did the 5 burpees and then tried to recover. Totally spent afterward.
Congrats Mel on ur 12 year anniversary! You are living your best life....love reading about your workouts and progress.
Holy cow Mel, that sounds miserable! Happy 12 years and many more!
