Hollow rock

Handstand

Sit-up

100 double-unders

21 burpees

75 double unders

15 burpees

50 double-unders

Post time to comments.

A broken jump rope mid-workout can be annoying. If you're an athlete, you can just grab the ends of the rope and keep going. Just reset again when it slips out of your fingers every 50 or so.

probably needed to up some reps to get a better workout feel from it if I wasn't going to hit a high intensity, but I'm glad I just checked the box to keep my momentum going. first 100 were unbroken, then messed up once on the other two sets

Two thoughts for Chris:
1. I think you may be lying about your weight. What are the chances that you weigh 170 every single day? Are you weighing yourself everyday? Do you ever eat a big meal to gain a pound...or tear up the toilet and drop a couple pounds? I mean, throw in a 171 or a 169 in there just to mix it up.

2. When you talk to your best buddy, Coach Glassman, could you thank him for all of the burpees that he has featured for the last few weeks of workouts. I wasnt feeling bad enough about myself, so all these burpees have been a fantastic treat.

I did doubleunders. I took the weighted handles off the rope and held on to the rope. It was tough!

Miss you all. Happy Easter to those who celebrate it, Passover to those who celebrate it, and thanks to the Druids for a beautiful day today.

Mrs. Nevarez, my dog does the same thing. She has to be by my side and I have to physically push her away so she doesn’t get whipped by the jump rope, and then when I do burpees she comes and lays down in front of me.

I re-did this workout today (Sunday) since it was a rest day and I totally blamed my time on my kids-lol! But Shakes you get it-lol!! The struggle is real!

Justin had them all occupied for a bit so I grabbed my timer and jump rope and got busy!

8:08- with no kid distraction- just my own! 🤪
