With 20# weight vest, 7:42.
HSPUs were obviously tougher, but even deads felt harder with the vest. Deads were 15-6 / 10-5 / 6-3. Strict HSPUs 7-5-3-3-3 / 6-3-3-3 / 5-2-2.
Did tabata (8 cycles of each) 30sec on/10sec off:

Plank hold- did not break the holds
