As rx’d, plus 20# weight vest. Time – 14:15.
All welcome the 3rd annual #weightvestmonth! This was tough, but a relatively easy intro to the month. T2B aren’t that much different with a vest. Wall balls are, and the 30# ball was a twist too. Haven’t used that for a while! I broke these 7-7-7 / 6-6-6 / 5-5-5 / 6-6 / 6-3 / 6 / 3 for both movements – trying to stay just under redline.
Mrs. B Subbed weighted situps (5lb db) for toes to bar. Used 14# med ball (yay first timing using the new med ball!)
