*Complete 21 sit-ups after each set

As rx’d, 12:44.

Unbroken HSPUs. Broke ring dips and push-ups into two chunks except last round of push-ups (unbroken). Sit-ups got tedious. #ButtRash Would be interesting to try this with GHDs.
