Crystal had herself a really good workout today, especially in the shuttle sprints. I continue to be impressed with how well Mrs. Reed adapts to learning new things that are out of her comfort zone.

Crystal was the lone ranger at 3:30 but did a great job motivating herself. She did 68 on the first round, 78 on the second, and 83 on the third.
