A bit under the weather, so I had intended to take this at more like 90%. Hard to do with a Tabata though – I thought I was adding in extra rest, but I was plenty smoked by the end (and in the middle for that matter) of each of these. Shoulder press and ring dip fall-off was muscular fatigue. The rest were more sustainable.
