Rest 2 minutes, then repeat until 30 clean and jerks are completed.
As scaled, 21:54. Rounds: 5-5-6-5-5-4
Original WOD was 15 cals, 5 Bar MU, and 185# for C&J. This was more in line with my fitness – 12 vs. 15 calories was the last judgment call, but I needed the extra 10-15 seconds; otherwise it would have taken me an extra 2+ rounds.
