Tough re-entry from vacation. Pull-ups were rough. First two sets fine, 15-10. Third set had to go 10-10-5. Fourth set 10-8-7, but fifth set couldn’t even do 5 sets of 5 without some added breaks. I did develop some hotspots, one turned into a blood blister and one tore through in last round – this definitely affected things. Could have done better if I had trimmed callouses a couple days ago. Unbroken jerks. Row felt good, ~3:50.
