Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 shoulder-to-overheads
10 deadlifts
15 box jumps
♀ 75 lb, 20 inches
♂ 115 lb, 24 inches

With 20# weight vest. 6 rounds + 2 S2OH.

Right wrist still a little tender (who knows why), but was able to get through the S2OH okay. Did step-ups instead of jumps. Unbroken but some resting between movements.
