If you've been keeping track, we've done our 3 repeat Theme Workouts (Disney, Shark Week, 80's), brought back an old one (Olympics), and still have Harry Potter Theme Workout on September 1. That means our new Theme is still due, and although we're getting to it late, it's lining up to be a good one.
On Saturday at 10 am we will be debuting our Star Wars Theme Workout.
I, of course, know as much about Star Wars as I do about car engines, current events, deodorant, directions, social skills, or just about anything else useful for a human being to function in society. But Shakes does. So does the Colussi family, Javier, the Banets, and Bewick (I'm assuming, I've never asked him). So you can bet they will be helping make the workout match the theme. The format is pretty locked in: the gym will be divided into a Light Side and Dark Side; there will be 6 stations with members from the Light Side and Dark Side competing 1-on-1 against each other; tally up wins and losses at the end. We've never done a format like this before so I'm excited to see how it goes.
See you guys there!

I don’t know much beyond the main story. I do find Harrison Ford’s story fun and some of the behind the scenes stuff interesting.
I’m a Star Wars nerd through and through and, to be honest, I’m completely devastated that I will be out of town this weekend and therefore will miss the opportunity to wear one of my Star Wars t-shirts and fight/exercise on the side of good! I can’t wait to see you post-workout posting though!
According to the personality chart, Mrs. Hana would be fighting on the Dark side
I’ll need to see this so called personality chart Chris. This could NEVER be a possibility. My soul would be CRUSHED. As a child, when my brother forced me to play Star Wars (yep, that did happen), I was always on the side of good. Nope. Definitely not a chance of me being on the dark side.
