Super Bowl Workout Recap

Yesterday's spontaneous Super Bowl Workout went really well. We kept the 6 minutes of wallballs and 6 minutes of dumbbell snatches (though we subbed hollow rocks for sit-ups because I figured it would make cheating and tampering a little bit more convenient). Then instead of the bear crawl relay we played Ankle Tag for 6 minutes. It was a game introduced to us in the fall by Dillon Sharp, who ironically caught a bloody nose while going against Shakes.

We finished with dodgeball instead of waterfall burpees, and somewhere in the midst we lost track of who won between the Northsiders vs. Southsiders. The post is up on Build a Champion with a detailed account of Bethany's injuries, photo evidence of Dillon's bloody nose, and no score to be had. 39 pictures were uploaded to the February '22 Daily WODs gallery.

And, of course, not a Super Bowl Workout can go by without referencing the 3rd best single session of the decade. It was the day Amy Potter and Bubs permanently stopped being friends, and we had to contact the head judge from the CrossFit Games to determine who won the bear crawl relay.
