315 took all I had today. Last set was max reps. 5 was just barely there. 6 was nowhere in sight.
2 questions.
Why scale Sabal to 165/75? Dude can handle Rx for this one.
Why scale-up Faust to 225? This WOD is a classic "move faster" WOD!
Sabal's was a bad call on my part. 185/75 probably would've been a better call. And I know he can handle rx easy, but I don't think it would have been as fast as I would like him to move.
And again, Faust was a mistake on my part as well, thinking 225 was the prescribed weight.
I was all over the place yesterday to be honest. Not a great day of coaching.
Okay, that makes sense! I was thinking 75 vs. 95 OHS was not a big difference...but it is.
