Hollow rock

Pull-up

Running jump rope

 

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

15-ft. rope climb, 1 ascent

10-second L-seat hold

15 Push-ups

20 Squats

Tricked the roomies into working out with me again, and it's actually pretty fun to workout with them cause we clear out the living room and workout inside (it's -12 out in the gym). We all did the bodyweight version.

Emma 6+1 handstand hold
Lindsey 6 (plank hold/10 hollow rocks/knees/modified ROM squat)
Alex 6 (plank hold/10 hollow rocks/knees/modified ROM squat)

Focused on the squat with both, worried about the reps but they did okay! They would like me to not that they did not like the push-ups.
