Hawaiian Theme 5.0/Shark Week 2015

Complete as many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

Somewhere Over the Rainbow Wallballs (distance 5 yards apart)

Alternating Alohas

Limbo Lifts

Samoan Situps

*Sharking relay performed for 2 minutes after each exercise station. Sharking penalties apply.

The sharks are off for the feeding frenzy. Little bit different this time around, but still a great workout. Shouts to Murley for the good planning.
