Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
15-foot rope climbs, 2 ascents
10 ring dips
20 GHD sit-ups

As rx'd, 7 rounds + 8 Ring dips.

First rope climbs! They felt good. Mostly unbroken ring dips. GHDs got tough in later rounds; they were making the lower back more sore than usual today.
