Mr. Carey's knees looked great on his front squat today. So we worked on the next thing - which were kis elbows. Him and JZ each held a stick below the elbows for the other person. This prevented the elbows from dropping and the upper back from rounding.

JZ and Robert at the 3:30 session. We took advantage of the Garage Door Weather and skipped ahead to this workout. Robert had his best workout as a Champions Club member - scoring one of the top rounds of the day. Passing of the torch? We'll have to wait and see.
