30 abmat sit-ups ("without that stupid leg extending thing")

10 hang power snatches

Run 1200 meters
63 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
36 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters
42 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
24 Pull-ups
Run 400 meters
21 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
12 Pull-ups

As rx'd, 23:33.

Runs were ~7:00 pace. Did swings 30-20-13 / 27-15 / 21. Pull-ups in sets of 12. This was hard, but good.
