scale to 4 rounds if needed. I would prefer the run stays at 400. Last time we modified, I believe, because there was snow blocking the way. Lunges can be walking or in place, but keep the shins vertical

This workout kicked my ass today and I didn't even do the full thing!

5 minute AMRAP of:
4 power cleans (120lbs)
24 double unders
10 pull-ups
4 rounds exactly
Those pull-ups got pretty rough towards the end, surprisingly, and I had to break up round 3 into 2 sets. We were told to use a weight that we thought we could do unbroken for the whole 5 minutes. Rx was 155. Overall, it was a fun workout.
Took off yesterday to get in a long-overdue mountain bike ride. Went about 7 miles at a new set of trails near home.
Sabal: That workout is very similar to the 2010 CrossFit/USAW Open workout - that one was a 10 min AMRAP with 6 squat cleans, 12 pull-ups, and 24 DUs. Rx'd was 120 (55 kg to be precise). I wonder if they based it off that workout? It was a real suck-fest with the squat cleans.
I think the title of the workout was "lift up Luke: lift for autism." It was definitely a fun workout as opposed to a suck-fest.
That mountain bike sounds fun. I could use a good bike ride myself.
