WOD

1 minute of weighted sit-ups

1 minute of rope climbs or burpees

2 minutes of weighted sit-ups

2 minutes of rope climbs or burpees

3 minutes of weighted sit-ups

3 minutes of rope climbs or burpees

*split into teams of two, one partner works on each station, add reps at the end

 

Post total reps to comments.

Tug of War went really well with the Babies today. We did group then we broke off into one-on-one as well.
