WOD

Complete as many rounds as possiblein 20 minutes of:

400 meter run

*split into teams of two, one partner runs while the other does 10 snatches then pistol practice for remainder of run. Rotate upon return.

Daniel came back for a workout today... I hope that leads into something consistent.

Daniel/Coach Casey 11 + just shy of the BAR sign

I really hope Daniel comes around more. He was a great partner to have in the team workout, and he seems like a good kid.
