"Toy Story Theme"

For time:

Woddy's "Reach for the Sky" (One-arm burpees, 35 reps)

Buzz Lightyear's Blast-off(35 total T-jumps between partners)

Intermission 1: Andy Walks In! (4:00 hollow hold accumuated with partner)

Barrel of Monkeys Hanging Hip Touch (50 reps)

Slink slide and hop (4 down-and-back)

Intermission 2: The Claw (80 weighted knees to elbows combined with partner)

Mr. Potato Head Assemply (Plank touches for ears, eyes, shoulders, hips. 20 reps each hand each spot)

Bullseye Kicks (headstand kick-outs, 20 reps)

Intermission 3: Stinky Pete Hops out of the Box (broad jump outside)

Rex run (garage door run with plate, x6 down-and-backs)

Army Men Pass (Wall-sit medball pass, x8 down-and-backs with entire group)

Conclusion: Sid and Scud Escape (partner carry/rope climb relay)

*the entire group works as a team, everyone has to complete current station for the entire group to move to the next station.

29 people complicated a few sessions, such as the Army Men one, but we made it work.
