As Jaxson and Mr. Mark deomonstrated, the ropes turned out to be a good stimulus as a rub for one-arm dumbbell row. Lots of emphasis on maintaining position in the feet and midline.

Too confusing for me to write out, but a team workout with:
20 one-arm dumbbell push press (10 each side)
5 burpees
1 rope climb
*split into teams of two, each partner does 2 rounds of this in a row, then they do it again. Then rest. Then do that entire thing 3 times.
Post fastest round to comments.
Wesley has been doing really well this fall, he did 5 pull-ups per round instead of rope climbs.

I am starting to come to the acceptance that the days ofplanning team workouts with details suitable for 12-15 people is a thing of the past. Not a bad problem to have. Dylan Hofmann used today as an opportunity to string together a few double unders in a row.
