As many reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Pistols
15 Sit-ups
As rx’d, 13 rounds + 6 pistols.
Picked this off a website, but the original version was six rounds of the above, with each movement done as an EMOM in 18 minutes. That seemed like…not a very tough workout. So I changed it from EMOM to AMRAP. Still not a great combination for intensity – too easy to catch one’s breath on the pistols and sit-ups. Course that could be because I am slow at both of those movements. Just ticking the box today.
