WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mintues of: 

1 rope climb 

3 overhead squats 

1 rope climb 

6 overhead squats 

1 rope climb 

9 overhead squats

1 rope climb 

12 overhead squats 

*Etc. adding 3 reps to the OHS each round.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
2 legless rope climbs, seated to 8 feet
3 overhead squats
2 legless rope climbs
6 overhead squats
2 legless rope climbs
9 overhead squats
Etc. adding 3 reps to the OHS each round.
♀ 75 lb ♂ 115 lb

Got through the round of 18 OHS, plus rope climbs, plus 5/21 OHS reps.

Even with the scaling, I had to cheat here and there on the legless climbs when my grip fatigued. Still, I’m happy I didn’t just dodge these; the grip work alone is killer. OHS were unbroken through round of 15, then 12-6. They felt pretty good, was glad to get through so much unbroken. Left wrist and shoulder smarted a bit though.
