Trying to put some more squats back into the programming but avoiding the standard 5×5 or 5×3 rep days. These were relatively easy and were meant to be. There’s another set on tap for today. But given the ease, I wanted to put a quick finisher on the end. The couplet above served that purpose. Unbroken all, but wall balls became challenging even in the round of 15 – shoulders were not amused.
