Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:

Farmers walk

*split into teams of two, one partner does the farmers walk while the other holds an L-sit or plank

**partners decide on distance and weight for farmers walk

5 rounds for total calories:
On a 2-minute clock:
10 power snatches
10 lateral burpees over the barbell
Max-calorie row in the remaining time
- Rest 2 minutes between each round.

Intermediate scale, 95 lb. 14-12-15-15-17 cals.

Unbroken snatches and tried to move efficiently on the burpees. Snatch technique improved in rounds 3-5. Pleased with the effort to not coast in rounds 3 and 4. Was able to sell out on the last round rowing.
