Who Says CrossFit Can't be Sexy pt.2

Sorry for the delay on this one, but true sexiness is an art and takes a while to perfect. I know this was promised way back in January, but that doesn't matter, it's done now.

As you can see here, this new model to the seen is adding her own twist to the classic water scene from the movie "Flashdance". As she sits there effortlessly holding the bottom of the splits, the water proceeds to rain down upon her in splash, cooling her body after her long, hot day. What an amazing recreation.

Returning model, Ricky Carey, was experiencing severely tight quadriceps before his photo shoot, however as he was mobilizing we saw an opportunity for the perfect picture. He looks into the distance with a look of contemplation, making you wonder what he is thinking about. He also uses his hand to wipe the sweat from his brow. He is truly a master of CrossFit sexiness.

The notorious Lauren Higgins is seen here demonstrating the "oh, why hello there pose". As she stretch there, she expertly tilts her head over her shoulder back to the camera at the perfect angle. She also displays an expression of excitement, and surprise as well. What a true work of art.

These new young models, also known as the "Swoll Sisters", are trying to work their way up to the top of the CrossFit sexiness charts. The older of the two displays her hip flexibility, while deeply gaszing into the camera, how mysterious. The younger sister is showing off her bridge up over her sister, and as stated in "Who Says CrossFit Can't be Sexy pt.1" she is demonstrating step 1, add a duck face. You can go anywhere in life with the duck face, trust the duck face, live the duck face, be the duck face....

Just incase you need a fresher on the steps in order to achieve CrossFit sexiness, here they are:

1. Add duck face

2. Throw in a sexy comment

3. Have a soft look in the eyes

4. Reference explicit songs

5. Place hands in sexual areas

After you are done with your 5 steps you have now made your movement/mobility sexy.

Keep CrossFit sexy my friends.

I take no responsibility for this post. Especially the Banet one at the end.

With that being said, Binno brings the sexiness of the gym down with his greased up hair. Just thought I'd throw that out there
