Of all our Ford kids invasion from this Summer, Dillon Sharp is probably the one that has had the best overall training consistency and improvement from June until now. Yesterday she topped out on her back squat at 125 lbs. She was aiming for 6 reps, then she ended up doing 10!
Keep up the good work kiddo, it will pay off come March!
