Chris Sinagoga | Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 12:49PM Just a heads up, Schott has a guest post coming out tomorrow at 11 am. I can confirm that it is not an apology for stealing Christmas from Mrs. Hana and Ethan.
On Sunday, February 7 we will be doing our Super Bowl Workout, regardless if main site is a rest day or not. Still not sure if we'll stick with two sessions or mush them into one session, but I am fairly certain we will be doing North vs. South theme this year: north of 14 mile vs. south of 14 mile.
