Collin probably had the best workout of his life today. Still has more room to push himself, but he took a good step towards an intensity-filled month of February.

L pull-ups in chunks of 5. Ring dips were mostly strict, in sets of 5-10. Kipping aggravated my sore right hip flexor, which also didn't like the L pull-ups.

402 actually rx'd this time! 55 lbs, I think the box jumps are supposed to be lower but I did 20".
Starting with wall balls is wayyyyyyyy harder than starting with box jumps but my numbers were pretty close:
25-28 on wall ball
26-27 on sumos
Around 40 (I think 38-43) on box jumps
17-22 ish on push press
16-17 on burpees
I think I kept pretty good running count but I may be off as always, but my round totals were
139/132/131
No Campus Improv? Perhaps the benchmark?
